For example, the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 mandate us to maintain candidate records for at least one year after either (a) their creation or (b) the date we last provided job-finding services. We are also required to keep specific records for certain durations, such as right-to-work documentation (2 years after employment ends), work time and leave records (2 years from creation), and payroll records (3-6 years, as mandated by HMRC and relevant national minimum wage, social security, and tax legislation).

Furthermore, TEXO Recruitment will maintain your personal data for a period of 2 years following the conclusion of our engagement with you.
