TEXO Recruitment has worked on a variety of large-scale projects across the UK, ranging from residential, commercial and industrial. Our team follow a proactive and flexible approach, that allows us to react to our construction clients resourcing needs within a 24-hour turnaround, ensuring no impact to project timescales.

We also uphold a commitment to health and safety and provide verification checks in line with CITB requirements to ensure our candidates maintain all standards on the job. In addition, we provide confidential executive resourcing solutions to assist our clients in the appointment of white-collar roles, ensuring discretion and confidentially throughout.

Through these partnerships, it has given TEXO the appreciation that no two jobs are the same and every detail of our recruitment processes makes a significant difference to our client’s project outcome.

Based on this understanding, we tailor our recruitment package on a case-by-case basis adapting to our client’s needs and source at all experience, coding and qualification levels. In addition, we assist with the mobilisation of staff, provide a designated point of contact throughout the project cycle, 24-hour assistance and right-to-work and qualification verification.
